Title Update 1.69 is Bottom Dollar Bounties, released June 25, 2024. Its business system starts with a Bail Enforcement Office and Jenette Eccles. Standard Targets refresh hourly, while a Most Wanted target is identified each day. Those schedules create different limits on what an owner can repeat.
Targets can be brought in alive for processing or killed and taken to the coroner. The choice affects the result, so read the capture objective before using indiscriminate explosives. The office’s staff, transport and other upgrades support the operation but are separate from the base-property purchase.
The update also adds Dispatch Work in Freemode, vehicles, Creator tools and broader experience changes. Drift and Drag creation features expand the kinds of community races players can build.
